WORLD
CLASS LAB INSTRUMENT ON SHOW AT BIOTECH AFRICA - 12 October 2005
Redostat,
a premium laboratory tool for more effective experimentation in
chemistry and biology, will be on show at Biotech Africa South Africa's
first International Biotech Forum, 18 20 October 2005 at
the Sandton Convention Centre.
Invented by Dr Frank Crundwell, and developed in conjunction with
Mike Dann, Redostat, is a turnkey apparatus enabling the control
of master variables, such as redox potential by using electrical
current as an oxidising agent. The automated precision of the measurements
and the control system enables unique experiments to be conducted,
eliminates trial and error from readings and maximises lab efficiency.
Redostat is the only apparatus of its kind in the world, although
other less reliable methods have been used to date to measure the
same variables, and as such is an exciting and versatile addition
to any state-of-the-art laboratory.
Dr Crundwell will present how Redostat can assist with getting
the best lab data possible on Wednesday, 19 October, between 11.00
and 12.00 in the Soap Box Presentation Theatre.
